August Speaking Workshop Announced

The Objectivist Center will hold its Effective Communication Workshop at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, August 9-11, 2002. Albany is lovely in the summer and easy to reach by air, rail, or highway. Participants will lodge in comfort at the Pine Haven Bed and Breakfast, a renovated Victorian house near the campus. Tuition packages with and without room and board are available, and students may apply for scholarships covering room and board or the entire cost of the workshop.

More information on the workshop, including the application form, is available on our Web site and by mail or fax. Summer seminar attendees may look for the ECW information session there. The application deadline for the summer 2002 session is July 12. For applicants not looking for a scholarship, there is a first-come, first-served rolling admission policy, so apply early! For those interested in learning the art of convincing audiences of their ideas, no weekend could be better spent.
